Adult Classes for ages 18+

We offer a variety of fun classes for all levels of fitness. Classes run 7 days a week!

We do not run courses, as we believe everyone learns at their own pace. This means that complete newbies can join any beginners level class at any time. You can view our full timetable on our booking system, via the Book a Class page.

Pole is a challenging and rewarding form of exercise, gradually building all over body strength and flexibility. We cover a huge variety in our classes, including conditioning, pole flow and pretty combinations on both static and spinny pole. 

We teach one student per pole in every class, meaning you get the most out of your lesson. We recommend that you wear shorts and have bare feet, as skin is required to grip the pole! 

POLE FITNESS

This is a mat-based class, open to ALL levels of flexibility, even if you cannot touch your toes! You will work through a variety of different techniques to effectively and safely achieve greater all-over flexibility, heavily focusing on your legs and hips. Whether you want to improve your range of movement, posture and strength or learn to do the splits – this is the class for you! Flexibility is fundamental to the success in a number of pole and aerial moves, so incorporating developmental stretching at an early stage will really assist your progression in these disciplines.

We offer private lessons Pole, Aerial Hoop and Aerial Sling for 1 person, 2 people or groups of 3-8 people. 

These are an hour in duration and are suitable for all levels. Whether you're a nervous newbie or an existing student wanting to focus on specific goals - we've got you! There are some slots available to book via our booking system, or you can contact us to arrange a time to suit you.

PRIVATE LESSONS & GROUPS

Also known as Lyra, aerial hoop is a fun and exciting way to work out! Aerial Hoop will help you build all over muscle strength as well as improving your coordination and stamina. We have 4 hoops in our Studio, varying in size and teach a maximum of 8 per class, so you get lots of time in the hoop. We recommend that you wear leggings and socks. The hoops can cause some discomfort to the hands and backs of the knees initially, but our moto is 'no pain, no gain!'

AERIAL HOOP

Gain confidence and feel empowered in this heels choreography class, focusing on fluid movement and heel technique. Expect low lighting, fun, sass and laughter. You truly will leave the stresses of life outside the door! We work on a new choreography in every class, to many different styles of music., incorporating base level pole skills and floor work. Suitable for experienced Improver level polers and above - you do not need experience in heels to join!

Heels are a must, and we highly recommend wearing knee pads. You do not need leg/body grip for this class.

SLINKY POLE

These sessions are open to students who have attended a minimum of 4 classes with us within the last 2 months. ALL levels welcome! You are effectively renting a pole/hoop! 
The perfect chance to get some practice in without the structure of a normal class.
An Instructor will be on site but no tuition will be given. It is your responsibility to warm up, cool down and ensure you are working safely and within your own capabilities.

Aerial Sling is a great introduction to aerial fitness, as they are rigged lower to the ground than hoop, providing excellent support whilst you focus on gaining technique. Aerial Sling incorporates flowing movement, combinations and rolls, as well as working with the fabric open and closed. We have 4 slings in our Studio and teach a maximum of 8 per class. We recommend that you wear leggings and a t-shirt or long sleeved top (underarms should be covered).

Want to work towards achieving the splits, but don't know where to start?
This 6 week challenge is open to anyone and everyone! You can work on your flexibility in the comfort of your own home, guided by Leanne, who has been a stretch & flexibility coach for over a decade.


By purchasing the challenge, you will get:

- 3 x 30 minute classes per week for 6 weeks
- Welcome video with full details
- Warm up video
- Full support via a group chat on Leanne's Instagram @leanne_pole_aerial
- Unlimited access for 6 months

6 WEEK SPLITS CHALLENGE

We have a private room with 1 pole that you can rent out exclusively to practice! This is open to any level student, as long as you have been to a few classes with us. The pole is a 40mm Chrome XPole, with the option to have it static or spinny (you can switch between both very easily).

There is also a variety of kettlebells, weights, foam rollers, bands, blocks and a yoga mat, which you have full use of.

Whether you'd like to work on your strength, basic moves, combos or choreography, it's your chance to be a VIP!
